endofthehour (“eoth”) operates this website and store (the “Services”). We use Shopify to host and run our store and we work with third-party production/fulfillment partners (including Apliiq). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from the Services or otherwise communicate with us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us and your location, we may collect:

  • Contact details (name, email, shipping/billing address, phone).

  • Account info (username, password, preferences).

  • Transaction info (items viewed, cart, wishlist, purchases, returns, exchanges).

  • Payment info (processed by payment providers, we do not store full card details).

You can also change browser settings to limit cookies. endofthehour uses cookies and similar technologies to keep track of items you place in your cart, including when a cart has been abandoned. Pricing & currency disclosure (important)

Prices on our site are listed and charged in USD. Canadian orders include applicable GST/HST/PST at checkout. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Services:

  • Shopify (store platform, checkout, payments, fraud prevention, analytics).

  • Payment processors (to complete transactions).

  • Production/fulfillment partners (including Apliiq) and carriers (to make and deliver your order).

  • Email, analytics, and advertising partners.

  • Professional service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, IT, customer support).

  • Authorities or others where required by law, to protect rights or in connection with a business transaction.

  • The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and rely on Shopify’s security for hosting and checkout. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Retention

Order records are retained for tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Marketing/analytics data is kept as long as needed or until you opt out or delete cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain processing. The Services are not intended for children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Marketing emails (Canada/CASL)

We send marketing emails only with consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Note: Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) requires marketing emails to include a valid postal address. If/when we send marketing emails, we will include our mailing address or a virtual/PO box.
