Shipping policy

Production time: Most orders are produced in 3-7 business days before shipping.
Carrier estimates: Delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate and isn’t guaranteed.
Tracking: You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
Currency: Prices and charges are in USD. Canadian orders include applicable GST/HST/PST at checkout.

International duties & taxes: Your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees, payable by the recipient.

Wrong/undeliverable address: If the address was entered incorrectly, contact us ASAP. Orders returned to sender can be reshipped at additional postage cost or refunded for product cost (shipping is non-refundable).

Lost or damaged shipments: Contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or expected delivery if lost). We’ll help with a replacement or claim per our Return & Refund Policy.

Split shipments: To speed delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost.
