All sales are final because most items are made-to-order. We’ll fix issues that are our fault.
What we’ll fix

Manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong print/embroidery, obvious flaws)

Wrong item, size, or color shipped compared to your order

Transit damage (arrives damaged) or never delivered per carrier records
What isn’t covered

Buyer’s remorse, fit preference, or color differences due to screen settings

Normal wear and tear or damage after delivery

Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout
How to report an issue
Email contact@endofthehour.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels) with:

Order number

Description of the issue

Photos of the product/print and packaging (for damage)
If approved, we will replace/remake the item or issue a refund to the original payment method (in USD). Refunds exclude any bank FX/processing fees charged by your card issuer.
