Refund policy

All sales are final because most items are made-to-order. We’ll fix issues that are our fault.

What we’ll fix

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong print/embroidery, obvious flaws)

  • Wrong item, size, or color shipped compared to your order

  • Transit damage (arrives damaged) or never delivered per carrier records

What isn’t covered

  • Buyer’s remorse, fit preference, or color differences due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear or damage after delivery

  • Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout

How to report an issue

Email contact@endofthehour.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels) with:

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Photos of the product/print and packaging (for damage)

If approved, we will replace/remake the item or issue a refund to the original payment method (in USD). Refunds exclude any bank FX/processing fees charged by your card issuer.
