This website and store are operated by endofthehour (“eoth”). By accessing or purchasing from eoth you agree to these Terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy our products. We may cancel or limit quantities (e.g., suspected fraud, quality issues, pricing/stock errors). If we cancel, you’ll be refunded for the amount paid.

Pricing, taxes & currency

Prices are shown and charged in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. For deliveries within Canada we collect applicable GST/HST/PST based on the destination. International customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees; these aren’t reimbursed by eoth.

Made-to-order timing

Most items are made to order. Typical production time is 3-7 business days before shipment. Carrier delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

Shipping, risk of loss & address issues

We ship to the address you provide. Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the carrier scan so we can assist with a claim or replacement (see Return & Refund Policy). Orders with an incomplete/incorrect address may be canceled or reshipped at your expense.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final except for defects or our mistakes. See the Return & Refund Policy for how to report an issue and what’s covered.

Third-party services

We use Shopify to host the store and third-party production/fulfilment partners (including Apliiq). Your use may also be governed by their terms and policies.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, logos, and content are owned by eoth or its licensors. No use without prior written permission.

Prohibited uses

No unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, or harmful activity; no attempts to interfere with site security, payments, or data; no scraping.

Warranties & liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eoth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada and applicable federal laws.
